• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a skilled nursing community
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and support facility safety procedures, including fire drills
• Ensure building systems remain operational, including lighting, water supply, and basic equipment needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and participate in surveys and inspections as needed
• Follow all safety regulations while working in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail

• Direct maintenance experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
