This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Technician located in New Albany, IN. The Automation Technician will perform daily troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automation systems to ensure optimal equipment performance. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing robotic and electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with the implementation of automation solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues will also be required.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Experience working with robotics systems and automation technologies
• Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems related to automation processes
• Capability to perform and manage preventive maintenance for high-performance systems
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Technical certifications or relevant technical training is preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
