ERL Inc is seeking a CNC Lead who will troubleshoot setups and machine issues while also performing CNC Machinist duties. You will set up and operate multi-axis milling centers (3-5 axis) and conduct in-process inspection to ensure part quality.
You must read drawings, understand GD&T, and work with precision measuring tools. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with extended hours if needed.
