Material Packager 1st Shift

Compensation and Schedule

Base pay rate is $18.00 per hour. 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on operations.

• Examine and quality inspect all produced product to match customer orders before packaging pallet.
• Build crates as needed.
• Perform team duties for the delivery and installation of memorials.
• Monitor packaging requirements to maximize shipping output/volume.
• Operate Nail Gun and Table saw.
• Safely operate forklift to move product throughout plant.

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

This position may have overtime. Shifts can be 8, 10, or 12 hours long, depending on work orders and season.
