Roll Form Machine Operator 1st Shift

Job Description

Base pay rate: $18.00 per hour.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on operational needs.

A Roll Form Machine Operator is a vital position within the facility that produces quality product for quality consumers. One must operate with minimal supervision and will perform tasks including, but not limited to, assisting in tooling set‑ups, die changes, and utilizing equipment for production of material to keep within tolerance specified by work orders, diagrams and blueprints. Load and unload parts on roll former machines, make minor adjustments, perform coil and line changeovers.

• Preferred experience includes roll‑forming, machine set‑ups, and part inspections.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the workday and 80 lbs as needed.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.
