Job duties include- Managing, training and assisting production employees
- Ensuring volume and quality of work meets company standards
- Setting up and operating various types of production equipment
- Providing comprehensive status reports to VP of Operations
- Supervisory experience in production or factory environment
- Strong mechanical, technical and communication skills
- Excellent attendance and willingness to learn all aspects of job
- Ability to work from a standing position and bend/lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
- Monday through Friday 2:35pm – 11:15pm
- Extra hours and weekend work occasionally required
Training provided. Excellent benefits available
Mechanical aptitude assessment required
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required
