Full‑Time Nurse - RN/LPN – Pay: $36‑$39/hour (RN) | $27‑$31/hour (LPN)

Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality care in our Skilled Nursing community.   • Staff Nurse: Weekday‑focused schedules with varying options
  • Weekend Warrior Program: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12‑hour shifts

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to resident‑centered care
