Position: Unit Manager/ Wound Care Nurse

Unit Manager/Wound Care Nurse

Pay: $35–$37.50 per hour (full time).
Location: Charlestown Place, New Albany, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily clinical operations for the nursing unit, supporting staff and ensuring quality care
  • Supervise and coach nursing team members while providing hands‑on support as needed
  • Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
  • Manage the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring
  • Educate staff on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long‑term care nurse
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
