Progressive Care Unit RN Nights

Seeking Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Baptist Health Floyd. Full‑time (36 hours per week) overnight shift (7pm‑7am). The PCU is a 32‑bed intermediate level care unit specializing in cardiovascular and high‑acuity patients.

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
• Serve as an on‑shift team member to deliver direct patient care for patients, families, and co‑workers.

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS certification obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of one year of prior nursing experience for a PRN position.
• New graduate RNs are welcome.
