RN or LPN Surgical Inpatient Unit Nights

Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for Baptist Health Floyd’s Surgical Inpatient Unit. This is a full‑time, 36‑hour, night shift (7pm–7am) position. Sign‑on bonus available for experienced external candidates. Benefit eligible.

The RN or LPN will be responsible for direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge and will function as an on‑shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co‑workers.

The Surgical Inpatient Services (SIPS) unit is a 32‑bed unit specializing in postoperative care for surgical patients, including total joint replacements, bariatric surgeries, and higher‑acuity cases such as post‑surgical vascular and thoracic patients. The unit also accepts post‑operative admissions from the emergency room and physician offices. It is an ideal environment for new graduates seeking broad clinical exposure.

• Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
