Job DutiesIn this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
About the UnitThe Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complemented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.
Position/Opportunity Highlights- Self-Scheduling
- Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA's and every 4th weekend requirement for nurses
- Work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday ONLY

- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
