PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) - Senior Living

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) in our Skilled Nursing community - $36/hour for RNs, $27/hour for LPNs. Day and night shifts available.

6:30 PM-6:30 AM or 6:30 AM-6:30 PM, PRN/on-call as needed

• Provide direct care to residents by monitoring their condition, administering medications, and performing necessary tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that enhance the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents
• Ensure that all care is compliant with regulatory standards
• Assist with staff training and participate in quality assurance activities
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and medical staff about changes in care

• At least 18 years old
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• 1 year of related experience preferred
