Under the direction of nursing leadership, you will help coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and post-hospitalization teaching for patients in a busy medical-surgical setting.
Current RN licensure in Indiana (or compact) is required, with BLS pre-requisite and ACLS to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
