Facilities Maintenance Technician II

Sunday thru Thursday 9am to 5pm, with on-call work availability

$22.00 - $26.00/hour + Full Benefits

We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our growing team of amazing individuals.

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.
• Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits and PMs.
• Small project work.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 5 plus years of general maintenance experience.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical.
• Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Must be able to pass BCI and FBI background check as well as Drug Screen.
• Valid Driver's License.
