We have an incredible opportunity to join our growing team here at Comfort Heating & Air! We are opening a new branch in Louisville, KY and are looking for talented professionals to join in the expansion.

- Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
- EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this).
- MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre‑employment drug screen and background checks.
- This is a non‑driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- At some residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
