A1 Porta Potty is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Fence Installers
. This role installs and repairs permanent fencing at customer sites and supports fabrication and welding tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in fence installation, concrete setting, and construction environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

• Install permanent fencing, including chain-link fence systems
• Perform fabrication and basic welding for fence components
• Mix and set concrete for posts as required
• Operate company flat-bed truck (Class C license required)
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety standards on job sites
• Collaborate with crew members to meet schedule and quality requirements

• Experience installing chain-link fences and permanent fencing
• Basic welding/steel fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to mix and set concrete
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3yearsgeneral labor experience.
• Experience using basic power tools.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record

• Frequently required to talk or hear, utilizing a telephone and in-person interactions.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Utilize both fine motor and gross motor skills
• Working outside in all weather conditions
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to100pounds, push/pull up to350pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
