Open Door Youth Services in New Albany, IN, seeks a Youth Counselor Supervisor to mentor and guide youth in a residential setting. You will support a safe living environment, oversee restorative practices, and supervise Youth Counselors in daily tasks and crisis responses.
The position offers a 2nd shift (Wed–Sat, 4p–12a, ~32 hours/week) with on-call responsibilities. Training in Trauma-Informed Treatment is provided to oversee restorative tasks with residents.
