American Electric Power (AEP) is seeking a Transmission Line Engineer to join the Digital Transmission Line Model (DTLM) team on-site in multiple U.S. locations.
The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and governing the DTLM, the central repository for PLS-CADD as-built files across AEP’s transmission assets. Responsibilities include implementing standards, creating DTLM record models with LiDAR data, mentoring staff, QA/QC models, and collaborating with other units to maximize data value.
