Job Title
Final Mile Routing Analyst – New Albany, OH
Job SummaryThe Final Mile Routing Analyst is responsible for optimizing last‑mile delivery routes to ensure timely, efficient, and customer‑focused execution. This role analyzes inbound volumes, service commitments, and capacity constraints to build and adjust routes that meet service level agreements (SLAs) while maximizing utilization and minimizing cost.
Responsibilities- Manage key performance indicators and execute root‑cause analysis utilizing TM operating systems.
- Provide support function activity including accuracy and timeliness of data processing, reporting analysis, and all customer‑specific inquiries.
- Interact with clients to resolve problems and coordinate implementations.
- Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts to resolve issues and support implementations.
- Process and distribute weekly and monthly customer metrics and develop performance reports.
- Prepare reports and support documents, updating SCLM and SCMP as needed.
- Initiate continuous process improvement activities and monitor results.
- Measure transportation network cost and service performance, analyze and implement improvement initiatives in support of the Account Executive.
- Coordinate activities of TM procurement to achieve best cost/service solution network.
- Prepare support for client quarterly and monthly account reviews.
- Evaluate, quantify, and present opportunities for continuous improvement at assigned accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- College degree or technical certification in Business, Logistics, or Transportation (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or Transportation (preferred).
- 2+ years of industry‑related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in custom and flow of freight as well as Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet usage (beginner level acceptable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (for Quebec locations only).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative.

- Presentation development and delivery skills.
