Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Home Infusion RN Hospital Liaison to join our team. This critical role involves advocating for patients, ensuring their infusion needs are met while coordinating seamless transitions from hospital to home.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in nursing, experience with Central Lines, and a valid Indiana RN license. The position works Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with rotating on-call weekends.
