Role Overview

Ensures patient autonomy, dignity, and rights are preserved while restoring health whenever possible.

Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively.

Performs other assigned duties as needed.

• Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and provide condition-appropriate care.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to perform treatments and services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services.
• Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services for discharge planning.
• Practice cost-effective resource management.
• Prioritize patient care effectively and promote safety.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
