Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in New Albany, MS

In this role, you will...

• Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of neonatal patients
• Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as appropriate
• Evaluate, stabilize, and manage newborns requiring specialized care
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to develop individualized care plans
• Educate and support families throughout the newborn care experience
• Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
