* Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, overnight package services including, but not limited to, sorting and delivering mail internally. Manages the UPS Account.
* Coordinate maintenance of copiers, scanners, fax machines, postage meters and other business equipment.
* Maintain standard inventory levels of paper supplies for all departments and place paper orders.
* Maintain, clean, and stock kitchen supplies, coffee machines and products.
* Keep all common spaces neat, clean, and organized. Prepare new hire spaces.
* Report maintenance issues to Landlord Representative and follow up with Landlord Representative until resolved.
* Assist with corporate meeting set-up, including food delivery, clean up after meals, meeting supplies, AV, etc. as requested.
* Orders seasonal plants and manages Holiday décor for the interior of the RRI office space.
* Manages Branding and Office Décor within the office space
* Manages security using the Exacq Vision Client
* Manages employee badges with the Brivo System
* Prepares office population reports and seating charts
* Ensure all facility costs are within budget.
* Coordinate with tenants and lessor for the building, reviewing lease and managing tenant ledger report.
* Support office communications.
* Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
* High School Degree
* Preference of 2 years prior experience in an office role.
* Highly professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheets.
* Excellent customer service skills a must.
* Must be able to learn and operate office equipment. (i.e. copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.)
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets. This position may occasionally be required to travel.
Physical Requirements
This role requires typical desk work as well as frequent movement around an office environment. This would require the ability to lift files and products, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
