We are seeking a proactive and motivated Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in New Albany, Ohio. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and develop your administrative and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately within the supply chain department to ensure timely payments and record keeping.
- Monitor and track Bills of Lading (BOL) for trucking shipments, ensuring shipments are documented and delivered as scheduled.
- Scan, organize, and maintain important documents within the company's filing system for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Prepare and facilitate material transfers, supporting inventory management and movement.
- Collaborate closely with the OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) Specialist to support departmental functions.
- Assist with various supply chain and administrative duties, contributing to overall department efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain documentation accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills to assess data and process transactions accurately.
- High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
