About the Role
As a CBRE Account Operations Coordinator, you will execute basic operational processes for work order management and service partner follow‑up. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function, managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) that can be filled in Cedar Rapids, IA;
New Albany, OH; or Phoenix, AZ.
- Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing routine and non‑routine activities.
- Assist small to medium clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications and quality.
- Resolve maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. Assist with dispatching, scheduling, and post‑service activities.
- Attend periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders.
- Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any challenges, issues or new opportunities.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts and markups.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The minimum salary is $45,000 annually ($21.64 hourly) and the maximum salary is $54,000 annually ($25.96 hourly). This role will provide the following benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance and vision insurance.
