Track and follow up on outstanding actions, deliverables, and approvals needed to support project execution.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, Contract Manufacturers, Raw Material Suppliers, and Fragrance Houses.
Support product lifecycle management activities, including raw material and formula validation, data maintenance, and end-of-life processes for formulas and finished goods.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen data quality within formula-related systems.
Support the resolution of formula and raw material compliance issues by coordinating with cross-functional partners.
Ensure established processes and system requirements are followed by internal and external stakeholders.
Assist senior team members and leadership with special projects and other business priorities as needed.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external partners, including R&D, Operations, Commercialization, Regulatory, Safety, Procurement, Contract Manufacturers, Raw Material Suppliers, and Fragrance Houses.
Talent Management and Development:
Create and implement IDP/PPO/Mid-Year/Performance Review/Career Management Profile.
Complete on-boarding activities and participate in informal mentorship if needed.
Support AOS effort by actively participating in AOS related activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
