Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
Salary: $45-48 an hour + 3% target bonus/ sign on bonus + Overtime (Most weeks could work 55-60 hours)
Relocation reimbursement (5-8k, 50% paid after initial 90 days, 50% paid after 6 months) and possible sign on bonuses

Must haves:- 8+ years experience in Foreman roles
- Installation of cabling technologies, rack infrastructure in large scale builds - Background in data center/ telecom OSP/ ISP/ fiber construction (5+ years)
- Strong background in construction site scheduling, planning, and resourcing
- Experience overseeing large scale construction initiatives
- Experience with construction management software/ tools and MS Office
- Well versed with safety standards, quality, and leadership
- Scheduling/ coordinating with 3rd party vendors (Construction, Power, Low voltage, Engineering, etc.)
- Prior experience managing teams of at least 20+ direct reports/ crews
- Military background
- CFTT or CFI certifications
An employer is looking for a Data Center Foreman in New Albany, OH. You will be supporting one of the largest data center builds in the US for a global technology leader. You will be a key member to the operations team and support the delivery of all the various network/ facility infrastructure and cabling related projects. You will report directly to the project manager and act as the eyes/ ears on the ground for the team providing oversight for scheduled milestones, productivity adherence, and oversee site safety conditions.
You will coordinate with field engineers and other trade contractors for the execution of work and manage labor efforts on assigned projects. You will partner with QA/QC specialists for site surveys and provide related status reports for real time tracking. Additional tasks may include attending customer design reviews, support new and ongoing site requests, and identify process improvement opportunities.
