Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety Associate
. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations and client standards.

We are looking for a self‑directed, detail‑oriented safety professional with excellent communication and computer skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven construction environment.

• Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Support the project management team with on‑site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.
• Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date safety logs
  , incident reports, and OSHA record‑keeping (including injury/illness logs).
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• 3‑5 years of continuous experience in construction safety
• OSHA 510 preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital safety platforms.
• Must be able to work independently and manage site safety with minimal supervision.
• U.S. Citizenship required
