Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Conduct regular field safety inspections and /or more formal audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations . Must be able and willing to engage negative behavior and/or conditions to complete resolution.
Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences .
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety is a top priority on the site.
Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents and activities – entering the approved data software for advancing and /or data retention.
Be capable of working with multiple subcontractors and their respective safety representatives.
Ability to work extended work hours during the week and/or possibly weekend (over 40).
RequirementsMinimum of ( 5 ) years of experience in construction safety .
Bilingual preferred but not required.
OSHA 510 & 30 - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards .
CHST certification is required .
Experience with building data centers is a plus .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work independently and more collaboratively, as part of a team .
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant safety data analysis/ retention software .
Knowledge and experience working with lower tier subcontract documents and requirements thereof
