Overview

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for leading large-scale electrical data center projects from early planning through final delivery. This role oversees highly complex initiatives that require advanced coordination of engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Experience:

Mid Level. Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction (data center) projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant experience in the electrical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years  experience as a Project Manager for data center projects.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
