We're growing fast, and we need a Project Manager who can take a roofing job from first call to final walkthrough and make it look easy.

The job:

• Run residential roofing projects start to finish
• Keep clients, subs, suppliers, and crews all moving in the same direction
• Walk job sites and catch problems before they cost you
• Own the budget, the schedule, the permits, the safety calls
• Lead crews who actually want to follow you
• Turn happy homeowners into referrals

You need:

• 2-3 years running roofing or construction projects
• Real knowledge of roofing systems and installation
• A track record managing budgets and contracts
• Project management software skills
• The ability to lead a room and communicate under pressure
• Residential roofing experience
• You know building codes, safety regs, and warranty rules cold
