We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.
Schedule30-40 hours per week
- Open availability for all shifts required; flexibility to work a variety of days, hours, and times
- 30–40 hours per week
- Weekday shifts: availability required (schedule varies)
- Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
- Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
- Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
