Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $15.00 per hour.

• Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities for up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
