Customer Experience Specialist

Feazel isn't your average roofing company. We've been taking care of homeowners since 1988, and we're growing fast across Ohio, Michigan, Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina. As we grow, we need people who genuinely care about making customers feel heard, informed, and taken care of, from the first phone call to the final nail.

We're hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to be the friendly, organized voice customers count on throughout their roofing project.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their project, from scheduling through completion
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with warmth and urgency
• Coordinate with sales, production, and claims teams to keep projects moving and customers informed
• Proactively communicate project updates, delays, or changes before customers have to ask
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM

What you bring

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• A calm, solutions-first attitude, even when a customer is frustrated
• Construction or home services industry experience a plus, but not required
