Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Provider Services Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. This position is responsible for communicating with external contacts, researching and resolving requests, maintaining accurate documentation, and following assigned work through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-up, and possess the ability to research information and resolve issues independently.

Candidates should be organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a production-oriented environment. Previous healthcare or medical industry knowledge is a plus but is not required. Candidates with strong customer service, call center, administrative, research, data processing, or account support backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The position itself requires a willingness to learn healthcare and medical-record terminology rather than previous healthcare experience.
