• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and early learning.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all students.
• Provide individualized attention to children, including those requiring early intervention or additional support.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
• Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and cooperation among students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
