Bechtel is seeking a Lead EHS Trainer to develop and execute the ES&H training and awareness components of the program. You will create training plans, prepare materials, maintain records, teach and coach, and run awareness campaigns to improve ES&H performance and leadership. Reports to an ES&H Manager.
Role requires hands-on training delivery, collaboration with HR, and the ability to operate in diverse environments. Position supports both office and project sites in New Albany, OH.
