Field Planning Engineer

We are seeking kit
a Field Planning Engineer to join our team in New Albany, OH
. This is a full‑time position with Atkins

• Support the Planner with Last Planner System tasks.
• Support the Planner with determining component counts.
• Manage the visual management process for the assigned area of work (set up visuals, monitor, and communicate).
• Monitor progress and highlight constraints or opportunities to planner.
• Collect daily field progress inclusive of component counts and resources, and feed updates to schedulers.
• Collaborate with site superintendents, the planner, and the scheduling team to ensure effective integration of tasks, communicating potential impacts, constraints, and opportunities.
• Monitor implemented processes for continuous improvement and communicate gaps or opportunities to relevant stakeholders for action.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience, or 5 years of equivalent experience.

• Familiar with and capable of using technology such as Windows Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Effective communicator with proven people skills.
• Local candidates are preferred; a travel package will be available to the right candidates if out of the area.

• 10‑hour OSHA certificate.
• Data Center knowledge (electrical / connectivity).
• Power BI and DAX.
