Join the team at Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc., a quality‑driven and client‑focused safety firm supporting a large construction project in Jeffersonville, OH. We’re seeking a Field Safety Rep with a strong background in safety leadership and a proactive mindset.

• Assist in developing and implementing safety strategies and emergency response plans.
• Conduct safety meetings, audits, inspections, and behavioral observations.
• Support incident investigations and assist in creating corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety activities with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain and distribute updated safety documentation and communication.
• Utilize digital tools (tablets, smartphones, apps) for field documentation.

• Must have 3‑5 years’ experience with electrical work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work 50+ hours/week, including some nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• OSHA 510‑Hour (Trainer Certification a plus), 70E.
• CPR/First Aid/AED.
• CHST, ASP, or CSP designation.
