Senior Project Scheduler

ITS Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support Project Managers on construction projects. The candidate will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6, track progress, and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain intermediate to complex project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate schedule activities with PMs, teams, and stakeholders
• Identify and report schedule risks and issues
• Prepare schedule status reports and KPIs
• Mentor junior schedulers as needed
• Support occasional travel to job sites (~5%)

• Scheduling experience in utilities or construction management
• Current or recent experience using Primavera P6
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently

• High School Diploma + 6 years experience
• Associate’s Degree + 4 years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience

• Must be able to work overtime if needed
• Microsoft Office proficiency
