Utility Transmission Project Manager

Overview

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Utility Transmission Project Manager to work in the New Albany, OH area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting a growing transmission and utility project portfolio.

• Manage transmission, substation, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and project execution activities
• Support safety initiatives and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Work closely with engineering, operations, vendors, and construction teams

• Experience managing utility transmission, electrical infrastructure, substation, or major commercial construction projects
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• PMP certification is a plus

• Flexible schedule available (4x10s or 5x8s)
• Minimal travel, no overnight travel expected
