Critical Facilities Engineer (Data Center Operations) | Columbus, OH

We're looking for a Critical Facilities Engineer to support one of the most advanced and high-visibility data center operations in the industry. This is your opportunity to work on infrastructure that powers large-scale, always-on technology systems.
What You'll Do
As part of our Data Center Facility Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance of critical systems:
Perform hands-on maintenance and operations of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Monitor and troubleshoot systems using BMS and control room tools
Respond to critical alarms and facility incidents with speed and precision
Execute maintenance tasks and document work in CMMS/EAM systems (Hexagon)
Perform inspections to proactively identify risks and prevent downtime
Partner with vendors and contractors to maintain operational standards
Support system improvements, upgrades, and continuous optimization efforts
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or controls
(or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical preferred)
Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is highly valued
Familiarity with BMS, CMMS/EAM systems, or similar technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment

Schedule
Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM (5x10s)
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
