  • Build‑out Will be the most redlining, given measurements, equipment placements, and grounding/bonding. Field Engineers will check and verify that all infrastructure is installed to design/spec, and if there are any changes, they will finalize redlines for closeout.
  • Fiber Use of an internal tracker will be key to most of the redlines for ISP. The design given by clients will be updated to reflect past changes. Field Engineers will check and verify all of the Fiber scope.
  • Copper The internal tracker for copper should provide all the information needed for close‑out. Field Engineer may be the point of contact to ensure everything is installed to print, and if there are any changes, they will redline and submit for review. Once team testing begins, the Field Engineer will run audits, manage retests, and finalize audits in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Lessons Learned Between all engineers and QA, this document will be actively updated throughout the build. At the end of each project the teams will review and submit the standardized lessons learned template.
  • Warranties Toward the end of the build, the Field Engineer will gather all required information to submit for processing. A designated team member will forward the necessary documents to receive the warranties.
