• AVEVA PI (Plant Information) Instillation configuration/maintenance

• Preferred intermediate to advanced experience supporting AVEVA PI, Operational Technology Systems, and their components
• AVEVA PI experience, especially with
• PI Interfaces
• PI Connectors
• PI Integrators
• PI Asset Framework/ PI Vision
• Operational Technology experience – Power Plant Control Systems such as Ovation
• SCADA System related experience
• Understanding of Communications Protocols – OPC, Modbus, DNP, Ovation
• PI Installation & Administration
• Advanced Analytics using AVEVA PI
• C#.Net Development Experience.

DAY TO DAY:

The creation of the OT Realtime Application Solution Engineer position is essential for supporting Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Real-Time Operations as we work towards our 2026 goals and beyond. This role will be critical for ensuring timely development and deployment of tools required for reliability and responsiveness of all systems involved, including Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA).

By investing in this Solution Engineer, we will enhance our team's capacity to effectively support ongoing capital projects and implement new tools/features that are vital for optimizing grid operations. Ultimately, this investment will strengthen our operational technology team, enabling us to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient energy services to our customers.

The role involves establishing a moderate understanding of the technologies and processes necessary for the development and support of Operational Technology (OT) Real Time tools and systems. Key responsibilities include providing application support for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, as well as other applications utilized in Transmission Control Centers.

• Exabit advanced understanding of the AVEVA PI (Plant Information) system, components, and processes
• Ability to understand interrelationships between systems and components
• Demonstrate critical thinking, urgency, and attention to detail to support real time operations
• Able to provide on rotation, after hours (24 x
  7) on-call support
