What You'll Be Doing

You'll get exposure to both civil design and geotechnical engineering, building a strong technical foundation early in your career:

+ Support site development design (grading, drainage, erosion control, layout)

+ Assist with geotechnical investigations, including field work and soil analysis

+ Be on-site for drilling activities and field inspections-learn how projects come to life

+ Help prepare soil boring logs and contribute to geotechnical reports

+ Work with Experienced engineers on foundation design inputs (drilled shafts, shallow foundations, etc.)

+ Collaborate with civil, geotechnical, and electrical teams on real-world infrastructure projects

+ Assist in preparing calculations, reports, and engineering documentation

+ Participate in site visits and learn constructability considerations firsthand

+ Gain exposure to industry standards, safety practices, and QA/QC processes

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

+ 0-2 years of experience (internships and co-ops absolutely count)

+ Interest in both civil site design and geotechnical engineering

+ Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
