What You'll DoAs the technical leader for major data center developments, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest engineering standards.
- This position will be onsite in New Albany OH
- Lead projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning, energization, and operational turnover
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support procurement strategies and evaluate delivery models including EPC, Design-Build, and Construction Management
You'll serve as the technical authority across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring every system is designed and delivered for maximum reliability.
Responsibilities include- Reviewing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure designs
- Validating redundancy strategies including N+1, 2N, and Tier III+ requirements
- Coordinating utility interconnections and energization planning
- Overseeing MV/HV electrical infrastructure and power system studies
- Driving commissioning strategy and operational readiness
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards including Uptime, NFPA, IEC, TIA, and ISO

You will- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
- Partner with operations to ensure a seamless transition into production
- Interface with customers, utilities, consultants, and executive leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence across the organization
- Support strategic planning and executive project reporting
You'll play a key role in ensuring every facility is prepared for long-term success by:
- Overseeing as-built documentation and asset registers
- Supporting development of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
- Validating maintainability, reliability, and uptime objectives
- Supporting operations teams through startup and stabilization
- Monitoring performance metrics including PUE, WUE, and overall system reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- 10+ years of experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects
- Experience managing projects from design through commissioning and operational handover
- Strong working knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, MV/LV distribution, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, liquid cooling, fire suppression systems, and BMS/SCADA platforms
- Experience managing EPC, Design-Build, or Construction Management teams
- Experience delivering 50MW+ hyperscale or Tier III+ data center campuses
- Experience with large-scale utility interconnections and energization planning
- PMP, CDCP, ATD, or similar professional certifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
