Role Description As an Senior Engineer MEP field Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving planning, execution and delivery using the tools and capabilities during design and construction projects through to operations. Your focus will be working with our partners to implement support of deliverables on active projects and supporting turnover documents. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the workflow and processes within Autodesk ACC/Forma and work with our design and construction partners to deliver turnover into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on‑site MEP field assessments, work with the partners to drive deliverables, data collection, 360 photos and troubleshooting.
• Support design & construction projects through the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), leveraging standardization, innovative project management methods and technology for operations turnover.
• Managing and overseeing turnover with operations, engineering and construction processes and procedures. Working in conjunction with capital projects execution and facility management teams for quality assurance/quality control that leverages the technology for the facility and across the network to collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure reliable as‑built centralised data management.
• Support the Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) turnover in Autodesk software and tools.
• Support and work with the design and construction team to manage and maintain an as‑built drawing, submittals, RFI, Assets, BIM model for the project facility in Autodesk ACC/Forma CDE.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical‑Electrical‑Piping (Process) MEP field construction experience
• Strong hands‑on technical depth and strong collaboration in a diverse culture are key differentiators for this role.
• Fast learner of technical experience and aptitude to learn software.
• Proven experience working in a complex and regulated environment within engineering and construction. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, P&, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Proven experience in the asset lifecycle phases and capital projects execution requirements.
