Project Overview:
Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. Bechtel Manufacturing & Technology, Inc. offers engineering, procurement, and construction services for customers in the semiconductor manufacturing, electric vehicle, and data center markets.

Job Summary:

The I&C Commissioning and Startup (CSU) Engineer will assist in the technical direction and oversight during the start-up, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems, control valves, and instrumentation in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. In this role you will assist in the planning and execution of commissioning activities from construction completion through system handover to operations, ensuring work is performed safely and on schedule.

The role ensures systems are installed correctly, meet design requirements, operate safely, and are ready for operations. This position works closely with engineering, construction, vendors, subcontractors, and operations teams to verify control and instrumentation systems meet all requirements. #LI-AA1
