This role provides critical engineering support for commercial drug delivery devices and their manufacturing processes, focusing on resolving material and component-related issues. The engineer will investigate, test, and document problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and product quality. The position demands a detail-oriented individual with hands-on technical skills within a regulated manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and troubleshoot material and component issues in device manufacturing.
- Conduct and document testing to support issue resolution and product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams on assessments.
- Author and review technical reports and documentation.
- Support disposition and escalation of identified product issues.
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Strong technical writing skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
Experience in regulated industries, preferably biopharma, biomedical, or medical devices, is strongly preferred.
