The Controller will own the day‑to‑day accounting operations while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and leading a high‑performing accounting and finance team. You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting data‑driven decision making across the organization.

• Lead accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support board and executive financial reporting with clear, actionable insights
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and FP&A processes
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Assign and prioritize work to ensure deadlines and accuracy standards are consistently met
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development of team members
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and filings
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive process improvements and departmental initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives and operational growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA required
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Experience with Net Suite is a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a growing organization
